The challenge

Construction industries, public bodies and hydraulic operators face four structural constraints.

In Morocco and across Africa, construction companies, local authorities and hydraulic operators face structural constraints that weigh directly on their margins, their timelines and their competitiveness. Roads that can't be built without imported bitumen. Bricks that require kilns at 1,100 °C. Dam sediments that pile up without valorization. Rural homes exposed to floods year after year.

These constraints are not inevitable — they are the very problem Geoval was built to solve. Today's solutions — imported bitumen, quarry aggregates, fired bricks, missing drainage — are slow, expensive, polluting, and unfit for the economic realities of developing territories.
